Frequently Asked Questions
You can pay the driver by cash, card or contactless. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. You can also pay in advance online, or by bank transfer.
Book at least 24 hours ahead when you can, especially for early mornings and long journeys. You can submit an online booking up to 3 hours before pickup, and every request is confirmed by us before it is final. If you are travelling inside 24 hours, call 01206 700 751.
If your booking is an airport pickup, we take the flight number so we can track the flight. We readjust the pickup time when there is a reasonable delay.
We include a 60-minute complimentary grace period from your flight’s landing time to allow for passport control and baggage collection. If the waiting time exceeds this 60-minute period, additional waiting charges of £25 per hour will apply, unless for reasons out of your control.
Our Meet & Greet service is available for an additional £10, plus the airport’s applicable car park charges.
Your driver will arrive at the airport’s short-stay car park approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands, allowing you time to pass through passport control and collect your luggage. They will then meet you inside the arrivals hall, holding a name board so you can easily identify them.
Travelling light and need your driver to meet you earlier? You can request an earlier meeting time when booking. Make sure to mention that as an additional note.
Yes, we can provide an invoice or receipt on request. We’ll send it digitally to your email address for your records or business expenses.

He drove considerately and conscientiously. He got us to the airport in good time and gave us clear instructions for our return journey. His car was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Return journey was much the same and he even welcomed us with fresh bottles of water which I felt was such a kind gesture. I would highly reccomend Ash to anyone looking for a reliable transfer
